Loosers' Trip to Washington

Here's a report by one of the participants. Try not to giggle:

Dylan, Merc, and I headed for the church. We were told to wait for Father McGraw while he finished up a phone call. We were then invited in to a conference room where we set up the camera to interview him. He gave his account as usual but Merc was careful to phrase the questions to get him to repeat curious statements that he had made in the past. Father McGraw was a Department of Justice attorney for 5 years before he was ordained a priest just a few months before 9/11. He grew up in the Washington DC area. He remembered a plane that crashed into the 14th street bridge when he was a kid and he said his memory associated that with the pentagon crash. Despite all of this he has asserted that he wasnt aware that the big building that he saw got hit by a plane was the Pentagon! He re-asserted this lunacy to us when we asked him point blank. He definitely played the role of simpleton priest very well. Unfortunately his history doesnt jive with this since he was an attorney for the DOJ for 5 years and was only a priest for a few months before 9/11. Father Stephen McGraw is a prime candidate for a deep cover agent. What could possibly be a more cush job that would leave you plenty of time for clandestine covert operations than a priest? After the interview he sent us away with a medallion with the archangel Michael slaying the devil. How curiously fitting especially since he had no reason to know our position on 9/11. He blessed them for us in person. It was more than a bit spooky!

This is how truly evil Father McGraw is

Yeah...real classy. Imply that the priest who responded to an emergency situation to comfort the dying is in on it.

I'd love to know what the curious statements he made were.

I highly doubt he denied it was actually the Pentagon. It seemed pretty clear that he was unfamiliar with the area and from ground level a few hundred feet away, it's hard to identify the Pentagon if you haven't seen it before in person.

Whoever wrote this is a special kind of retarded.

Oh and this would explain the statue gift:

“Although this great evil was against His will, God was there attending to the dying with mercy and being close to the injured,” he said.

According to Father McGraw, the Vatican II document, “Gaudium et Spes,” explains that ever since the fall of Adam and Eve, all of human life is caught in the battle between good and evil. Most days, this spiritual battle goes on without anyone knowing. On days like Sept. 11, 2001, that battle breaks into the world where we see the effects.

“It was a tremendously dramatic moment, and yet all human life is dramatic,” he said. “It leads us to be sober and serious-minded in facing reality.”

Plus the phot they include from much further back with a better perspective than Father McGraw would've had still doesn't really show it as a very identifiable building. It looks like a normal large office building.

Accusing the other people is pretty shameless too but I'm more annoyed that a guy who basically ran into a dangerous situation to try and give comfort to victims is being insulted so blatantly.

I wonder if these people would like to know what the nice unassuming film crew said to them. They clearly lied to most of these people to get interviews. I'm sure they'd love to find out the shit being talked about em.

Just remember, in the end we all have to live with ourselves, and that includes paranoid, false accusationing Dylan.

I've been to the Pentagon before, but when you come to it from eye level you can't tell it's the Pentagon (you don't see it as a five-sided figure except from the air).

The plane crash the priest was referring to, I believe, is the Air Florida crash in January 1982.

If anyone remembers, the plane took off from National (now Reagan National) with too much ice on its wings, and slammed into the bridge before plunging into the Potomac.

This proves, however, that the priest is a deep cover agent, of course. Who else would remember the details of one particular plane crash from so long ago?

(Oops! This means that I am a deep cover agent, too!)

Roger, I know you're upset that your buddy Dylan dosn't want to "play" with you any more...but can't you go find some other blog to bitch about it on?

Roger;

While I appreciate your annoyance with Dylan, as I share it, I think you are letting the homophobe in you creep out a little too much.
